The new norm

 A water bottle is the new uniform in town  for everyone trying to fit in, different sizes, colors and shapes. whats interesting is, are we doing it (hydrating ) the right way ? Are we absorbing each and every drop? There's only one way to find out; read along... to begin with quantity and frequency, drinking water at intervals is good for your digestive system and may enhance absorption .lets keep in mind that the digestive tract is full of enzymes, and taking a gallon of water isn't exactly the best way.
